When this singer first appeared on Melody Hits TV I thought that she had a good voice however her first two songs ALA TOOL and NAFESH REESHAK were not up to my expectations given my special taste for music that is confined to Fairouz, Majda El-Roumi and Julia Petrus.

Yet this song produced during the aggression on Lebanon has really added Karina Eid (aka KARINA) to my tops list. Her voice reminds me of Christina Aguillera's lovely songs but what was more lovely were the lyrics and title of the song MA HADA RADD. She queries where people have been while childhood was assassinated during that viscious and malicious attack. The natural response has always been: NO COMMENTS.

This song although intended to show how the Lebanese suffered during this aggression yet it has alot of meaning and so many questions that we should think about particularly the questions about real freedom, real peace and real dignity. Enjoy.
