Since a very small age, I have been roaming around so many places worldwide. Having been born and raised in Kuwait for the first 15 years of my life, I used to travel every year during the summer to numerous places such as Europe and the former USSR.
Since my life in the UK as a student I continued to tour in Europe particularly to my favourite destination PARIS that I have now visited for over six times. A very charning city particularly at nights when you board the boats (called bateaux - mouches) and take a ride on the Seine river.
The location of Jordan in the heart of the middle east allowed me to travel around some countries I always wanted to visit particularly Lebanon that is only a 6 hour drive from Amman given least border checking times! A wonderful country with alot to offer.
My next projects as soon as I get a well paid job of course (being a PhD holder :-)) is to travel more to the east now. Countries like India and Pakistan are on my top list as I have a special admiration to these people and their culture. Hong Kong and Singapore are places I would always love to see.
Back to the Arab world, my first destination will definitely be Tunisia as I love the people I met in the UK and in Syria and made loads of friends so would not really worry about tour guides!!!!
